the room was clean (super clean actually). there were plenty of towels available and hot water was readily accessible. the food in the restaurant was good with a decent menu to choose from.
my room had a view that wasn't very appealing.

the bathroom was particularly small and it was very dusty. dinner prices were not clearly displayed anywhere, this is unacceptable. the evening entertainment was far too loud for any enjoyment.

The room was very clean I found. The check-in was speedy and staff were friendly. I was glad for entertainment each evening and the indoor swimming pool.
The room I had was small. The bathroom was difficult to access. I had to sidestep the door. I found a leak in the room above the bed and reported it to reception.

surprised and delighted
friendly welcome quality toilet paper comfortable bed fresh towels
registering the car was easy. the staff member at registration was lovely. the room has fresh towels and good quality toilet paper. i opened the window and the room aired well. the radiator worked when i wanted heat. the bed was comfortable with two pillows.
dinner was fine. some choices from the dinner menu were unavailable. the room was clean though, a bit small.

the location proved to be near a harbour. it was a short walk to the shops. this made getting around very easy. many interesting places were within easy reach.

staff displayed efficiency and friendliness. the team working at the restaurant seemed well trained. they worked hard to make the holiday special. bedroom cleaning and coffee and tea replenishment were prompt.

warm hospitality refreshing addition
The staff were very cute. I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. the hotel location is central, yet it's nicely tucked away from the busiest areas. the swimming pool was a refreshing addition to my stay.
